1. Prices and shipping

Shipping to Italy:

In Italy, shipping is free for all orders.

Shipping UE and exUE:

The cost of transport varies for each foreign country and is visible at the time of checkout in the cart.

2. Transport and delivery

The Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure in the appropriate "Shipping Data" field.

All purchases will be delivered by express courier (hereinafter, "Courier") from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. Fissa Biciclette is not responsible for unforeseeable delays or those not attributable to it.

Once the Products have been shipped, the Customer will receive a confirmation email which will include a link to refer to for tracking the shipment.

In any case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, the ordered Products will be delivered within a period of 30 (thirty) working days starting from the day following that in which Fissa Biciclette confirmed the order to the Customer by means of a specific email. order confirmation.

3. Delivery services active in Italy:

Before delivering the goods, the Courier will send the Customer an email and a text message with the delivery date of the ordered goods. By following the instructions in the text message received, it is possible to change both the delivery date and the place of delivery if you are unable to receive on the indicated day. If the Courier does not find anyone at the time of delivery, he will leave a notice and it will be the Customer's concern to contact him directly, following the instructions on the notice received, to arrange a new delivery.

If at the time of delivery of the goods the package is broken, crushed, dented, opened and closed, wet or with other visible defects, the customer must mark the courier with the words: "WITHDRAWAL WITH RESERVE indicating the defect found", then photos of the damaged box and send it to info@fissabike.it. If the customer receives the goods without putting this wording at the time of delivery Fixed Bicycles will not be liable for damage caused to the goods.

4. Failure to collect

If the shipment is not collected by the recipient, even after the days of storage, it is automatically returned to the sender.

Fissa Biciclette declines all responsibility in this regard and leaves the customer the burden of requesting a refund of the purchase by means of an e-mail to info@fissabike.it.

The refund will be made for the amount paid for the purchase minus all shipping costs, ancillary charges (storage costs, etc.) and damage suffered during delivery.
