1. Warranty and Defects of Conformity
In case of lack of conformity of Products sold by Fissa Biciclette, the Customer must immediately contact Customer Service by writing to info@fissabike.it.
The legal guarantees provided for in articles 129, 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code apply to the sale of the Products. The Customer has the right, at his choice and on condition that the type of Product allows it, to restore, without charge, the conformity of the Product by repair or replacement, or to an adequate price reduction or termination of the contract. The Customer loses these rights if he does not report the lack of conformity to Fissa Biciclette within two months from the date on which he discovered the defect.
2. Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for the products on the Site, without any penalty, within FOURTEEN (14) calendar days from the day of receipt of the items in question. Following the return of the products to Fissa Biciclette, the sales contract will be considered canceled in all respects and all related obligations, rights or claims will also lapse, except in any case that if the products returned to Fissa Biciclette are damaged, Fissa Biciclette will have the right to withhold the total or partial payment of the products already made by the customer.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer is required to inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase order by means of a written declaration to be sent within the aforementioned term by registered letter with return receipt to the following address: Fissa Biciclette di Biguzzi Manuel - Via Archimede, 44 - 47521 Cesena (FC).

The items must be sent to Fissa Biciclette di Biguzzi Manuel - Via Archimede, 44 - 47521 Cesena (FC), at the risk and expense of the Customer, with a single shipment by courier as per the instructions indicated in the return authorization. The return must be sent to the above address within 7 days from the date of the authorization, before proceeding with the return, the customer is obliged to communicate the chosen return method.
In addition to what is stated in the previous terms and procedures, the Customer's right to return will be considered exercised correctly when the following conditions have been met:
• the products that are returned must not have been used and / or damaged;
• the product identification tag must still be attached to the item;
• the products must be returned in the original packaging duly closed and sealed with all the protections of the various components as per the original packaging and with any accessories or instruction manuals;

Upon receipt of the return Fissa Biciclette will verify compliance with the above procedure and timely compliance with all the conditions of the case. As soon as it is able to confirm that the conditions have been met, Fissa Biciclette will send the Customer an e-mail message confirming the acceptance of the return and the start of the refund procedure so that the Customer will receive the refund. of the amount paid for returns within the next THIRTY (30) working days, regardless of the payment method previously adopted by the Customer, net of expenses. The reimbursement of the amounts paid by the Customer will always be made exclusively in favor of the Customer who made the payment and directly to the current account via the bank details entered in the registered letter.
In the event that the above conditions have not been respected, the Customer will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid to Fissa Biciclette; however, the Customer will have the right, at their own risk and expense, to have the item returned, it being understood that if the Customer does not ask to have the item back, Fissa Biciclette will have the right to retain it together with the amount received in relation to the transaction.
Furthermore, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal in the case of the purchase of customized products for the customer.
3. Returned by default
In case of defects, Fissa Biciclette will accept the complaint upon communication by e-mail to info@fissabike.it indicating the defect found accompanied by photos. Fissa Biciclette will communicate to the customer how to proceed to solve the problem encountered.
Should it be necessary to return the product or part of it, the transport costs will be advanced by the customer. The product must be properly packaged and Fissa Biciclette is not responsible for any damage and / or theft on the product suffered during transport.
The item will be evaluated upon return and if the defect is ascertained it will be replaced with an identical one or, in the event of unavailability, with one of equal value with the prior consent of the buyer or a discount will be agreed on the purchase price of the product. In the event of an ascertained defect, any shipping costs are borne by Fissa Biciclette, even those anticipated by the customer.
Damages caused by misuse are not guaranteed and Fissa Biciclette will not be liable for direct or indirect damages deriving from improper use of the products we sell.
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the Site within each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products displayed may not fully correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used, or it is not possible to request the right of withdrawal for the aforementioned reasons.
